Campaign/ Policy

Todd's going down to Florida to try and pick up some support this weekend, lets all hope him the best of luck.

Lets hope that we can make a push for the White House.

See heres the thing. We don't have millions of dollars coming in like Barak, Clinton, or Rudy. But as Todd believes, money does not win all of the votes. The average American does not donate all this money, it comes from a small percentage of the voters. We are reaching out to the average American. The person just like Todd and myself. Look into your hearts people, Todd would make a great president. Can we say the same about any of the candidates? So lets say this happens, as it probably will. Lets say Todd does not win, now you have a president in the white house who owes all of the people who made donations to them. This is why they all make such big donations. And i truly believe that money can buy the white house. This is a disgrace America! This is why other countries have lost so much respect for Americans and American policy. It has really become a joke and must be changed.

What about the Electoral College. Republican votes meant nothing in the 04 election if you lived in a state like New York. Is that right? Why should a vote be worth less because they live in a state that is strongly controlled by another political party? The electoral college should be taken away and it should go back to something like popular sovereignty. Popular sovereignty This doctrine came out during the debate over slavery in the territories. Popular sovereignty said that the people of each territory should be able to decide for themselves if slavery should be allowed in their territory when it became a state. Okay so we no longer use this to vote on the issue of slavery, which was obviously wrong in every way possible but we should give the power back in the hands of the people. This is also a thought of Thomas Hobbes, probably the best know political philosopher of all time. His social contract is still looked at to this day.

This is something that Todd supports. This is just one of the many things that I and Todd have been discussing. This is a policy that we agree will make America a better place.
